At Promos Bill Solutions, we provide professional computer and laptop repair services. As a service-based business and not a physical e-commerce store, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to the services we offer.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that work has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@promosbillsolutions.com and include your order or service details.


Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A full refund will be provided if the service is canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
  • A partial or full refund may be issued if the service was not delivered as agreed or was incomplete due to our error.
  • If a problem continues after multiple repair attempts and is determined to be unresolvable, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Services

  • Software installations, virus removal, or system optimization services that have already been performed
  • Custom or specialized IT solutions developed specifically for a client

Service Rework & Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you may request a rework or adjustment within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
