Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that work has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@promosbillsolutions.com and include your order or service details.
Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- A full refund will be provided if the service is canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
